How En Bloc Sales initiative started?

Mr. Thomas Wong, an owner of our condo initiated a meeting to discuss a proposed en bloc sales exercise on 6 May 2017 at the multi-purpose room. Thomas has declared that he is an investor and also holds a property agent license. Those present applauded Thomas for his efforts.
